Torbay Steam Fair

Trade space will be charged at £– per foot frontage, with a depth of — feet, for the 3 days. A minimum frontage of 10 feet is required. All Traders must ensure that their site is clean at the end of each day. The sale of all foods , drink, ice cream, sweets etc is only permissible with the strict agreement of the section Marshall and must be applied for in writing. The sale of Draw or Lottery tickets is prohibited. Charities excepted. In the event of a late Cancellation of the event, due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, 50% of fees paid will be refunded. No refunds can be made once the Fair opens. The Stallholder and/or Operator must be covered by a Public Liability Insurance Policy, for a minimum of £– which must be available for inspection if required by the Section Marshall or the Site Safety Officer. Dogs will be kept on a lead at all times. Applicants shall agree to abide by the rules and conditions as set down by the Torbay Steam Rally Association. The Trade Stand Marshall will have the final say in any dispute. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY The Torbay Steam Rally Association cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred by any individual or Company trading on the Steam Fair site. Bookings will be accepted in the order received until the Trade area is full, therefore please book early to avoid disappointment. Please ensure you book enough frontage to allow for your trailer and vehicle or you may be required to camp in the adjoining field. Please detach and return the form below, including a stamped addressed envelope for confirmation and Entry pass Payment in full must be included with application form please. Deduct 10% if payment made before 30th April.
